Long wait times for check-in!!! Noise issues in certain room locations are frustrating when you're expecting peace during your stay!!! Improvements in staff clarity regarding special requests could really elevate the experience!!!

We had an amazing time at this hotel with our group of friends! We visited the nearby Miniatürk Park and took a scenic boat trip organized by the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the shuttle service was a huge plus. The rooftop bar offered fantastic views, and the staff was super friendly and helpful with any requests we had.

The only downside was the lighting in the bathroom. It wasn't great for putting on makeup, though there is a close-up mirror.

While the hotel features a luxurious design and amenities, I encountered unexpected charges for minibar items that added up considerably. The air conditioning in the room didn’t seem to cool properly, which made some nights uncomfortably warm. despite it being designed for luxury, I found these aspects somewhat undermined the overall experience.

Make sure to take advantage of the complimentary shuttle service to visit Taksim Square effortlessly during your stay, it's a great time-saver!

This hotel suits me perfectly, offering fantastic amenities like 24-hour reception, indoor swimming pool, and free wi-fi. The staff were extremely kind to my elderly parents during our first stay, which made a lasting impression. I recommend trying the relaxing spa treatments. Can't wait to come back for another city trip!

Breakfast options were a delight, especially the Turkish specialties, and the shuttle service was convenient for exploring nearby attractions. However, there were a couple of staff interactions that felt less personal than expected, and I encountered some noise from the nearby street during the night. Nonetheless, the pool and spa facilities were well-maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere.

During my stay, I loved the beautiful views from the terrace, especially overlooking the Golden Horn, and the staff were incredibly helpful, making my experience even better. it was super convenient to explore Babalu Park, which is just a 500-meter walk away, and to visit the historic Halic Bridge, only a short stroll from my hotel, allowing me to enjoy leisurely city strolls without any hassle.
